Blue is not working for the Elation Platinum Spot 5R when using RB Lighting

When using the Elation Platinum Spot 5R fixture it will not light up Blue or handle any colors that require blue. This appears to be an issue with the color wheels Mode/Channel/Value for blue in the fixture database. Instead of blue it looks like it is using the CTB Filter (Color Temperature Blue). I have tested the blue on both the fixture itself and using and another DMX controller and it works correctly. Red and Green are working perfectly within Rekordbox.

I have tried all the modes (Standard-17, Basic-15 and Extended-24) The Extended fixture map does not appear to be working at all. When trying all three modes I changed it to the correct setting on the fixture as well as using the correct fixture in Rekordbox.

I'm struggling with the patterns as well.   None of the default patterns are working with the shapes they are supposed to be.  This might be related to the same issue.  I don't know enough about how the X & Y Offsets, Rotation, and Start Offset to determine if this because the Pan and Tilt DMX setting are off.  I tried various settings and the lights were not moving in a way that made sense to me.
