DDJ-RB Channel Fader problem

Hi, I've been trying to use my Pioneer DDJ-RB in Rekordbox and DJay Pro 2 on a Mac, it works great except the channel faders (1 and 2) don't seem to do anything, but it seems the LPF/HPF knobs are controlling them as well as the filters.

I'm not too clued up on midi options, any idea what setting I need to change to get the faders working as they should?

It shouldn't... the DDJ-RB is a supported hardware device with pre-configured maps. Have you tried resetting the MIDI control for it?

This seems to be replicated on a Windows machine using Rekordbox and DJay Pro, could it be an issue with my DDJ-RB itself?  Weird

I've tried resetting the options in Rekordbox and Djay Pro 2 and they're the same.  Also tried on my Windows PC with the same result.  Latest drivers and firmware is installed.

I've tried manually configuring but the channel faders are just not recognised as giving out any signals - could it be a fault? 

Is there a hardware reset I can perform? 

I bought this device used a few months ago from CEX and only realised I had this problem today.
