Disabled Video Function

I have a license of Rekordbox Video and I have used it before without any problem in the same pc. But now, for some reason, Rekordbox does not allow me to enable video function.

Unlike the rest, the box and the text "enable video function" appear in a different color and it is not possible check the box.

What should I do to can check the box and enable video function?

Dear Sir,

Could you please double-check to see if [Preference]>[View]>[Waveform]>[Waveform Drawing Rate] is set to "High" or "Medium"?

If you have changed this setting, you have to restart rekordbox.
