Left deck (1) has a lower output than right deck (2). What can cause this? T.I.A.

Not my problem.the prob. Is in deck 1. I can put on deck 3 and sounds ok. But in deck 1 it has low output
Have you tried adjusting the channel gain?
I have all channel gains @ 12 o'clock and channel 1 is LOW. I can adjust 3,2,4 channels to 10 o'clock and it matches the output of channel 1 , but, I shouldn't have to do that. I'm going to call in a repair ticket. I'm pretty sure it's the hardware.
