ERROR XDJ RX2 1.33 ACTUALIZACIÓN AYUDA!!!
Buenas, Hablo en nombre de una comunidad de DJS de España Propietarios de Las controladoras XDJ-RX2.
Nunca hemos tenido ni un problema con la controladora en ninguno de nuestros shows, hasta que actualizamos a la versión 1.33.
Los fallos son:
-Pantalla relentizada
-Mesa lenta en efectos, busqueda de temas...etc
Y LO PEOR!!!!;
CORTE DE SONIDO TOTAL Y CONGELACIÓN DE LA PANTALLA DURANTE EL SHOW.
ESTE ACONTECIMIENTO HA OCURRIDO EN TORNO A UNAS 10 VECES EN LO QUE LLEVO DE ACTUALIZACIÓN.
ES ALGO INTOLERABLE E IRRESPETUOSO POR PARTE DE PIONNEER QUE TIENE ENFADADO A MUCHISIMOS DJS DE ESPAÑA.
ESPERO UNA ACTUALIZACIÓN INMEDIATA.

- What version did you upgrade from?
- What were you doing when the error occurred? (browsing, search, FX, scratch)
- Are you able to repeat the issue? If so, can you capture it on video?
- Are you able to upload the PIONEER and CONTENTS folders from the USB drive to a file sharing service (like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc) and send an email with the link to forums@pioneerdj.com

-I've happened on several occasions but the last time was simply mixing from one song to another
-The problem has happened to me at least 4 or 5 times in the middle of the shows. I could not record it but I can attach a video that shows the fault.

I see from your video that the error occurred while loading a track; can you provide more information about the source and the song itself?
- make / model of the USB drive?
- file format (HFS+ or FAT32)?
- type of file you loaded at that time, and the bit depth / sample rate?

Yo he tenido hoy mi primer bloqueo, se quedó congelado, la música fuera y incluso apagando el equipo seguía bloqueado. Solución pronto por favor esto vale mucho dinero para tener un fallo así.

He revisado el video que hice en OBS y justo el momento de bloqueo fue cuando pulse el buton CUE de la pre escucha master 2. uso un XDJ RX2 usando modo performance, Laptop Acer nitro 5 con Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz 16gb RAM. GPU RTX3060. Gracias por la attention prestada.
