Can't Upgrade My XDJ-RX Firmware

I Can't Upgrade My XDJ-RX Firmware. I Changed More Pendrive But It Didn't Update. In Display Showed "Main Firmware Update Failed". How Can I Upgrade. Now My Player Isn't Open.

Will it power-on normally if you're not trying to update the firmware?

No.
When I Power On Then It Shows Connect To Usb1.
It's Not Open.

Have you tried re-updating the firmware, ensuring that your USB drive is formatted FAT32 in MBR (master boot record), and that the update file is unzipped, not renamed, and located at the root of the drive? Also, if you downloaded it with Safari, please try using a different browser as Safari can occasionally corrupt the update file.

it does not extract properly if you are using a Mac to download and unzip the file.
Use a Windows PC*

ask me how i know this helping out a friend. 30mins later lol.

@Aaron > It's nothing to do with Mac, it's Safari -- it has an auto-unzip function which can corrupt the update file. Just use another browser.
