1st track on dvs doesn’t start

when i load 1st track and drop the needle nothing happen..

i’ve to go in DVS options deselect Turntables, select Custom and select Turntables again..

and track start..

what’s this?

I have not had this happen to me.

I'm using Native Instruments Audio8DJ on MacOS 10.14.12

`Which OS are you on and did it work normally before this incident?

same identical issue on Serato ..very annoying..
