DDJ-RR FX Issues

Hi all,

My right FXs are playing up with the slightest of touches...

Issues-

FX1- Turns all FX full whack, full rotation has slight effect on all 3

FX2- Turns full whack and sometimes all- no rotation effect

FX3- turns on 3 1/4 full and full rotation of knob has slight effect in rekordbox

Even if i turn them all off in the software and the controller rotary button is still fully turned on, by turning it backwards (off) it will turn the FX on full.

I have read a lot of the same issues elsewhere, surely pioneer this must be a hardware fault? something breaking down? voltage leak across the switches?

What are your thoughts?

Are you using the RR with an external power supply or just the USB power?

My right FX2 knob always seems to be transmitting signal, but I figured it was because my unit is a test-production prototype. Best to have that serviced - please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region.
