Hi everyone,
I am a "noob" of rekordbox and I would like to update the program to the new version... but I have some
doubts about it (it's the first time I do it):
can I update the program simply by downloading the latest version and installation above the
installation I already have? (I use windows 7 64 bit).
Will my license have to disarm it and reactivate it when the installation is finished or leave it all
like this?
Will my collection (cue, loops etc ...) remain intact or do I have to make a backup and then restore it
after the update?

Of course it's always smart to make a backup. But here on a Mac I updated without problems.
Start rekordbox, go to the Help menu and choose the rekordbox Update Manager. Start your update from there and hopefully everything will be just as before the update.
Thanks phonosuper, obviously I do the backup regularly :-)
but I didn't think the update was that simple (is the first time I update rekordbox)... I will definitely update ... thanks for the info.
