You have MIDI mappings within the preferences which are causing that to happen. I'd suggest unloading all the mappings and configure the mixer for EXTERNAL use without any MIDI control.

DJM900Nexus2 Internal Traktor Soundcard behaving strangely
I have a brand new Nexus 2 mixer and when using the internal sound card for traktor the ch faders and knobs etc all behave real funky....1 Fader stops starts track, another adjusts pitch, the color knob starts and stops tracks.
I've now seen this on multiple brand new mixers and am wondering,
A. Why would this mixer default to these settings and
B. How do I turn them off so the mixer behaves like a normal mixer i.e. channel faders control volume etc etc.
