Can you tell us how you're using the mixer? A video would also help.

Recently Purchase 2 CDJ 2000's and a DJM 750 having issues
I cannot get the faders [ Not the cross faders] to work. When i move them up and down nothing happens, and whenever I mix i utilize these heavily.
