Rx2 no sound from headphones or speakers.

Hi I've transferred my music to usb using recordbox. Plugged usb into the rx2 loaded tracks in channel 1 and 2. I get no sound from both headphones and speakers. Cue buttons are on and master and still get nothing. Tried everything. My mac book isn't connected to the rx2 I'm using sub drive only. Thanks

Usb drive only! The centre console master ch1 and ch2 doesn't light when the music plays.

Is the drive formatted to FAT 32? If not. please reformat thew drive to FAT 32 and try again.

Are you getting lights on the channels, showing that sound is there? Also do the tyracks play with audio in rekordbox?

Thanks it worked, I think it was the usb drive I just erased and formatted to FAT32 again. Thanks
