I have an issues with the ddj1000srt, the channel 4 fader mess with the channel 2, in the hardware menu i put the ''Ch FDR Start'' to Off'' and I already try the factory reset...doesn't work, any helps???? v1.02

Check that you don't have the hardware remapping function enabled in the Serato preferences.

I saw the video - it seems that you possibly have a MIDI mapping already in Serato which is receiving the CH4 fader movement as a hot cue or CUE signal. Please check that you have unchecked the "Allow Hardware Remapping" on the MIDI tab in Serato - you'll need to click the DDJ-1000SRT to see it appear at the top of the window.
