DDJ-RZX: Problem with touch screen display

The right display shows all information correctly, but no longer responds to pressure. Updated the firmware, but it didn't help.

Sorry to hear that didn't work - please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.

Have you tried using the touch calibration in the utility menu?

Yeah, I tried that. The right one is calibrated perfectly. And the left one doesn't respond to clicking on the "plus."
