DJM-V10 crackling noises

Hi,

I have been using the DJM-V10 with the factory settings on the USB A input on my PC and have been getting crackling noises while using the mixer as a classic soundcard for Windows 10, or while using software such as Live 10, Traktor 3 and even Rekordbox 6.

Using a higher buffer size has not helped. I am running Win 10 with a i7-6700K and have updated the firmware to 1.05.

How can I assure not getting crackling noises?

I should point out that I have not had this issue while using an iPhone on the Multi-I/O port.

@Iam > The issue is most likely the Intel Turbo Boost; please follow the instructions here.

I too have been having this issue and I have an AMD Ryzen 7 processor...

@pharmdj > Unfortunately AMD processors are not supported and thus can be subject to issues such as audio crackling. Sorry.
