I've got a problem and I think I've tried everything. Back in the days I had no problem with connecting my XDJ-RX via LAN cable to my laptop. Now I wanted to connect it to my new pc. I've done everything that is needed - I've turned off the firewall and wifi.
Nothing shows on the screen of RX. In the rekordbox I have the "Link" button, when I click it, then it changes to "1 link" and nothing happens.
I'm working on Windows 10, the cable is connected to ethernet socket on MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX motherboard.
I've been trying both Rekorbox 6 and Rekordbox 5

I've got exactly the same issue with my XDJ-XZ. Windows 10, Rekordbox 5.8.5. Everything worked fine for weeks. The issue started after installing Serato Dj and plugging in the usb-cable.
Even after unplugging the cable, rebooting the pc, rebooting the controller, restarting Rekordbox, the issue is not resolved. Please help.
I've solved the issue with my XDJ-XZ. I accidently put the ethernet cable back in the wrong port (should be "Extension", whereas I put it in channel 4 or channel 3).
Since the XDJ-RX has only one ethernet port, this is not going to help you Maciej. Sorry for polluting your topic.
Don't forget that each version of the application will require a new permission through the Windows firewall. Please verify that you have configured it properly or disabled the firewall and any 3rd party security / antivirus software.
I have the same issue with my XDJ-RX - can't see the 'LINK' button . Firewall disabled. I had no issues connecting a few weeks ago.
Adding insult to injury.... Pioneer tells you the read the troubleshooting article but it's riddled with broken links so you can't even get the info needed to troubleshoot! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Is there a resolution for this? As i have just upgraded (stupidly) to RB 6 and now LINK doesnt work.
I'm using Ethernet and see the same behavior as above.
