I am having the same issue as of yesterday.
Hi,
unfortunately this is a hardware issue.
According to the Service Manual, this is caused by self-diagnosis of the XDJ. Your XDJ has detected an abnormality in the internal power supply and therefor is going to protect mode to protect your hardware from further damage.
You need to have your XDJ inspected / serviced.
