Search buttons + jog wheel

Hi.
I have a problem on Rekordbox when using the search buttons + jog wheel.
I can DJ for hours and everything goes smoothly and perfect, but as soon as I press the search buttons and turn the jog wheel to fast-forward or fast-reverse, Rekordbox goes crazy and becomes unresponsive. You press the play/pause button and it won't stop, or click on the screen with the mouse, nothing happens, it keeps on playing. It's ok if you just press the search buttons without touching the jog wheel though. It's happened to me using different midi controllers, on different OS (win7 and win10) and now it's happening using a pair of CDJ-400 on HID mode.
Does anyone have any idea of what's going on?
