In rekordbox I can’t see individual iTunes playlist folder

When I click on playlist folder it say how many there but I can’t see them. I’ve ticked the appropriate box in iTunes preferences advanced. An you help pleS. Thanks dan

Are you using the Framework (Mac only) or XML method of connecting to your iTunes library?

I think XML which is ticked
