Rekordbox doesn't connect on windows 10

Hey there,

I'm a beginner DJ, maybe i overlook something and most tutorials i followed... still it doesnt work.

Basic info:

2X XDJ-1000MK2

1X DJM-750MK2

Windows 10 with latest vesion of Rekordbox

Downloaded both (XDJ + DJM) drivers

My mixer isnt connected with USB, since i dont have an USB cable for it and my XDJ's are connected with my mixer. Connecting my XDJ's to my pc with USB but somehow Rekordbox can't find it.

If you need some more info into, just ask away.

Hi Wesley,

Make sure rekordbox is in PERFORMANCE mode (top left of the rekordbox window).

Are the XDJs showing in your Device Manager?

Do any of the devices show at the bottom of the Preferences > Audio page under Control Device Information?

No, don't see the devices

Before i go in Rekordbox -> i link them with Pro DJ Link Bridge and they are connected
