Can you please assist me in downloading the new updated software for this controller the DDJ-SX3. I also have a problem when playing music, and then listening to music over the earphones. The earphones volume control is not working, and the music over the earphones is very soft, can you assist in any way?
Drivers and firmware are all available here.
As for headphones not working, please ensure that you have pressed the CUE button for the channel you want to preview, or the master CUE to hear that audio. Use the headphone mix and volume knobs to adjust the blend and levels.

Hi I purchased a brand new DDj SX3 from DjDeals in Jan 2019. My cross fader is not cutting my sound when In scratch mode, all my setting are correct and I have been using it as a scratch beginner for a few month. it started off just constantly bleeds the music however this issue was fixed with blowing into the fader but now it just doesn’t want to recognise the cuts. I’m guessing I’m out of warranty but I am not willing to replace the cross fader already after just having the machine for over a year and only used at home. What do u advise? Thanks in advance Jas

you have to set the cut in zones.
