Hi Sergi,
The most likely cause is that your computer is not providing adequate power to the DDJ-SR. Please try using a different USB cable or USB port and let us know if that helps.
Ya compré diferentes cables USB ,cambie de Puerto y de ordenador todos sigue igual y el audio sin funcionar no se el motivo pero no es el cable de alimentación
