I have the same issue on my new dell laptop which is windows 10. Did you manage to fix this issue? I have tried reinstalling the driver and the firmware is up to date.
Can anyone advise?

New Win 10 Computer Install - Performance Mode not working with XDJ-RX2
My XDJ-RX2 is connected to my new Window 10 PC. The PC is an HP 15M-ED1023DX. Windows is as up to date as windows updater will take me. Running Rekordbox 6.2. I've installed the driver for the XDJ-RX2 and Link Port.
I can connect/link in Export Mode but MIDI Mode will not load songs. The controller says that it's in MIDI mode but it will not load the songs from Rekordbox.
Please help.

With rekordbox in EXPORT mode and an RX2, you'll need to make sure the firewall has been configured to allow the device to communicate, as well as the LINK EXPORT DRIVER for the internal USB-networking device.
