AIFF Not Supported Error

I recently purchased the RX2 and it has been great; however, some of the tracks that I have came up as "unsupported" even though I have checked them and they are the right sample rate and bitrate that are supported by the mixer. I currently use AIFF files ranging from 44.1-kHz 16-bit 1411-kbps, 44.1-kHz 24-bit 211-kbps, 48-kHz 16-bit 1536-kbps, and 48-kHz 24-bit 2304-kbps. One file that I tried, which when read from Rekordbox, and other software that displays that info, read as 44.1-kHz 16-bit 1411-kbps. This is the link to the file, in case you want to test it. With that file specifically, the FORM tag (which describes the file size) reports it as being 582135301 bytes long, but the file itself is 935334954 bytes long.

When running it through an error checker, here's what it found:

000095256342 Framing: ID3 'APIC' frame: artwork mime type entered as image/jpg (should be image/jpeg)

If I look at that info, I'm going to guess that album art was added to the file but in an incorrect format, so you end up with the file size reporting incorrectly.

I exported both the original and a repaired copy to a USB drive and my RX2 was able to load and play both versions, so I don't know if maybe your firmware is out of date? 1.38 is the most recent.

I made sure to check the firmware version of the RX2 and it was at the most up to date version; however, I did run the update through it again to make sure that the firmware wasn't the issue. Nothing changed. Still have the error.

The usb was formatted as MS-DOS (FAT) on a Macbook, but I dont see how that would cause a problem. I can try another flash drive to see if that will work. The other one was a USB 2.0 and the new one I have is USB 3.0 (which I know won't do anything different other than have a faster write/read speed on a computer to import music and analyze it.
