ZDJ-RX2 driver not installing on windows 10 pc

I've just bought this XDJ-RX2 the driver is not installing and I can't play it through my speakers. I also can't find any help or answers.

Hey Johnny,

Sorry to hear that -- let's start at the top. Which version of Windows 10 are you using? Easiest way to get the full info is to go to the start menu and type About, then click About this Computer. Scroll down and you'll see this:

Next, check to see if the XDJ-RX2 driver version display utility is installed. If it is, the window will show you the version information. If not, try installing from this download - right-click on it and select Run as Administrator.

Let us know how that goes.
