Pioneer Big Sur Silencing Complaints

Again more side stepping the issue to give a useless response that holds no responsibility. Referencing an article from 12/24/20 that list other companies doesn't absolve your irresponsibility! Can I return your ddj-1000srt for a refund?? This non-response and closing my previous is more slap in the face. Don't thank me for my patience! Be accountable!

We are not side-stepping the issue, I simply said that we have no updates and you accuse us of victim-blaming

The post was closed because there is nothing more that would be contributed to the conversation to benefit anyone.

You can certainly welcome to try returning your DDJ if you are within the return period of your retailer.
