I have to play on a livestream soon but the venue doesn't have the standard but uses cdj900 (non nexus) and DJM450.
I'm wondering if i can do the following:
I do not own any payed subscription, so if i need that please fill me in on this.
on a sidenote: i find it kind of crazy i bought xdj1000 mk's + djm900nx2 and didn't even get a rekordbox license.

No subscription necessary, the DJM-450 unlocks everything you'll need.
Sidenote: That's normal; none of those products were sold with a rekordbox license, nor are they designated as hardware unlock devices. Sorry!

also will sync work and will the cdj900 (non nexus) work with songs that have changing tampo lik 130-170-130?
For DJs with equipment that doesn't unlock rekordbox automatically, they'd need at least the CORE plan, but for those looking for access to some additional functions like vocal detection, lyric output, video output, edit mode, cloud sync, etc., then you'd want the CREATIVE plan.
Yes, the CDJs have no problem with varying tempo songs; that's something you'd have in rekordbox. Watch this video to learn how to manually grid a track like that.
