XDJ RX2 Beatgrid/Waveform Lag Stutter

I just purchased a new XDJ RX2 and when I go to play my songs from my USB (Sandisk 32gb) the grids will wobble/stutter/lag whatever you want to call it making it very challenging to mix. 

I typically mix by ear but even on Sync it continues to happen. All of my tracks are from Beatport and I have removed them, re-analyzed, and re-exported to the USB twice.

Has anyone had this trouble, is there a solution, or do I need a replacement XDJ?
