Have you tested the new rekordbox lighting version, where LED Moving Head Spot (ZQ-B242) was updated in June, to see if any difference is made?

Your fixture request already exists in the rekordbox fixture library.
However we have made some minor changes in the strobe channel, which will be reflected in the next rekordbox fixture library update (performed once a week on Wednesday or Thursday except for the national and company holidays). Please find the latest list of the library fixtures here (under Fixture library lists). Please note that there are two different versions available, please try both because at the moment there is no way to show the fixture's product code.

j'ai réessayé les différentes fixtures proposées mais aucune ne fonctionne.
Mes branchements sont corrects ( ils fonctionnent avec les autres appareils ), le modèle et descriptif sont corrects, mais rien ne se passe, mon appareil lumineux continu sont programme automatique
bonjour la zq-B242 n'est toujours pas disponible et cela fait maintenant 1 mois que j'en ai fais la demande, ce la m’handicape pendant mes sets dj.
Vous m'avez demandé de vérifier la mise à jour mais il n'en est rien, cela ne fonctionne avec aucune fixture.
We have replied to you from June the 16th with an image that shows that the U King LED Moving Head Spot (ZQ-B242) already exists in the rekordbox library.
