Slip mode not always working

Strange thing regarding the slip mode. Turning slip mode on while players in sync, red light flashes, slip is highlighted. Then pressing any of the hot cues, which are being played instantly, but the player keeps playing from the hot cue position and doesn't return to the previous position like it should be in slip.
That's the next bug on the xdj 1000 mk1 beside the not always working hot cues (as said in my other thread). Is this known or fixed on mk2 ?

I don't have access to a pair of XDJ-1000MK1's to test this, so I've escalated it to our product team for comment. Thanks for your patience while we await their input.

Are you using the latest firmware (released November, 2016)?

The red ring is visible, but the beat jump buttons don't go dark when this happens. Seems this has already been discovered 2015 with dj-rx

I'm on 1.10 could it be the USB Sticks ? I'm using a corsair voyager and a transcend stick which work flawless on a cdj 900.

It's certainly not a "bug" or it would be happening to all of us. Do you have one or two XDJ-1000? If you have two, are they both having the same issue? If so, the problem is most likely the USB drive or the song file. If not, there could be a hardware malfunction.

I have two 1000s linked. Don't think it's the USB drive cause it happens which different Sticks which work flawless on cdj900. How can I check it's the file causing the problem or the hardware ?

Seems that the cdj2000nxs2 got a fix for the slip hot cue bug, waiting for a fix for the xdjs.

The engineers were unable to replicate this issue, they would like some additional information and it would be helpful if you could capture it on video.

Also, they would like to know the player settings and any steps you might have taken before it occurred. Is the SYNC is ON or OFF, QUANTIZE is ON or OFF, hitting HOT CUE repeatedly... etc.

Sync is off, quantize on, all tracks analyses by rekordbox. It seems to happen when I use hot cue frequently (after a few tracks and pressing the different hot cue positions rapidly).

Great news - our engineering team has been able to replicate the issue and find the source cause, a fix is being developed and will be available in a future update (no estimate on timeline at this point, thanks for your patience!)

Its been a month now. fix for xdj 1000 mk2 is out. When will the mk1 fix be released ?
