Hi,
After receiving My XDJ-RX. I downlowloaded Rekordbox DJ. I entered the product key and all is fine.
I was able to get everything set and music files analyzed. this took a while because of my big library. Everything seemed to be ok.
The next day I went to fire up Rekordbox DJ. now I get an error message that it can;t open Rekordbox.
I bought a new computer and will be intsalling on the new lap top.
My question is the "KEY" if I just uninstall because I can open the program, will the product key work on the new computer?.

If I were you, I would contact Pioneer Support in order to have them reset the activation key. In the meantime, post your system specs (computer, OS, etc.) and the exact wording of the error message you're receiving so the community can attempt to help you while awaiting a response from Pioneer.
Also, on the new laptop you'll have have a 30-day trial of Rekordbox DJ to keep you busy. :)
