Waveform drifting

Hi, I'm having a big issue with Rekordbox, the wave forms drift A LOT.

I've made a video to show it. I put the two song at the same BPM, they are musically matched (in the video I let them play together to show you they are matched), but you can see the grid drifting. The only way to fix it seems to zoom in/zoom out the grid and than it fixes itself, but it's really annoying.

Can it be fix? I have this problem for a while now... My controller is a DDJ-RR, computer is a MacBookPro late 2013 (latest updates OSX Sierra)

This happens with a lot of time, even with tracks that I have beatgridded to perfection.

I had to go down to the captain one more time because they said that rekordbox was not compatible with Sierra, and I still give blocking problems with the captain in full live section, so I should use Virtual 8 to finish my night which leaves me Very bad in front of the customers, the truth is waiting for the update 2.4.5 thinking that the big problem would be fixed and nothing, everything is still the same, I would like to know if pioneer at some point is going to face and respond seriously to this problem
