DDJ-RB doesnt work

hello,

i just bought the DDJ-RB, but there is no way i get it working. tried evrything from installing the computer from scratch and all the tips i have seen.

i'm really thinking about sending it back, but i really would love to use it.

Have you installed the audio driver of DDJ-RB into your computer?
