No sound in chrome and some other software with DDJ-RX in Windows 10 x64

Hello

I have a problem with my DDJ-RX.

I created a video for explain the program: http://nagyaliz.hu/DDJ-RX-problem.mp4

The Rekordbox and the Windows has a sound with DDJ-RX, but the Chrome has no sound.

Config: Windows 10 x64, Intel 6700K - 16GB RAM

I use the latest firmware (1.04) and driver (1.100), but the windows use the Generic USB audio driver by Microsoft.
Version: 10.0.14393.0
Release date: 15.07.2016.

I already tried with other USB port (USB 2.0 and 3.0 also).
I restart the drive and computer
I tried with other computer (2 laptop, both with Intel CPU and Windows 10 x64)
I tried to reinstall the Windows

What do you think, is it a software problem or a hardware problem?

May be do you have a beta Windows driver for DDJ-RX?

Thanx!

Hello Gábor,

DDJ-RX engineers tested this issue using several web browsers, Google Chrome55.0.2883.87, Internet Explorer11.0.38 and FireFox50.1.0.

They were able to hear the audio from Youtube on DDJ-RX via Internet Explorer and FireFox. However, no audio is output from DDJ-RX via Google Chrome.

Google Chrome may have some issues. If you want to output Youtube audio from DDJ-RX, please use Internet Explorer or FireFox.

Thank you for your kind cooperation.

Hello Gabor,

The driver is designed for DJ applications only, so that it supports specifically ASIO and WASAPI on Windows.

The driver does not support DirectSound due to its large latency.

Thank you for your kind understanding.
