I have to add here that the "export.pdb" file size is now at
1,847,296 bytes (1.9 MB on disk)
I have been using Rekordbox 3.3 , CDJ2000NX2 in the club and a SD Card which is Scandisc 64 GB.
As of last week, the CDJ does not read the playlist information. Although i can manually brows through the music folders. It can also pick up the user information. But it does not pick up the playlist structure / loops / hot cues / etc
When i bring the SD card back and connect it to Rekordbox. all the info is there and it appears to have playlists shown correctly and i can play tracks off the SD card using Rekordbox software itself fine.
Tried reformatting the card / exporting all tracks and playlists to it , took it to club and once again the CDJ could not read the playlist structure.
I am only guessing the CDJ has issues reading the "export.pdb" file as it can read the MP3s and folders with no problem.
And the fact that Rekordbox reads the same file from SD Card with no problem , leads me to believe the file is NOT corrupt.
And it only leaves me one choice to think that there is a file size limitation to "export.pdb" which CDJ cannot read beyond ?
Am i correct to assume this ?
And is there a solution to this ?
I would appreciate the help.

@Giv > There is no file size maximum for the database. How did you format the SD card?
@Dr. Suds > Not at all.
