I have for a while now Rekordbox DJ and I have of day 1 problems with the program. First, I had it installed on my daily laptop: MSI Type: GE72 2QD Apache. On that unit was the screen all mixed up, I have it removes and reinstalled but it remained the same I can not move on to the program. There are missing parts in the program screen. I have done everything but nothing works, e.g. updating the graphics card type: NVIDIA GTX 960 m. I also put it on my macbook pro and there is the program normally works but until recently I have problems with it. For large events I use my own set: 2 x Pioneer XDJ 1000 and DJM 350. This I connect to a usb 4-port hub. suddenly quite a while to run blocking the program. At the bottom of the program comes there translates: that the XDJ's thrown out. Which makes the whole set is silent. To solve this I need to restart the program a couple of times for the XDJ's work again on Rekordbox DJ. I am a customer of Grizzlysound Oudenaarde (Belgium). I have already done my story and what exactly the problems are. At Grizzlysound they have mailed to Pioneer. The answer was that Pioneer did not know what could be the problem correctly in the program. My XDJ's are up to date, Rekordbox DJ to.
