Rekordbox DJ Crash and no Crash file? Previous issues not resolved.

I posted back on the 30th Dec 2016 with an intermittent issue of rekordbox crashing. I have some Crash files but this happened again last night and it would not show a Crash log this time. I am on RBDJ 4.2.4 and am reluctant to update as yet as this issue has continued through from 4.2.0
