Rekordbox crashes with Drum & Bass

THIS is the best rekordbox problem I have seen so far :-D

Must say that I have no problems playing only dnb with the rekordbox - the application is rock solid even when playing some heavier tunes from my library.... :-))

It reminds me good old times and playing from the classic vinyls - the high energy tracks made people jumping what was quite an issue in some of the clubs as it caused the needle to jump how the floor was bouncing (no kidding - I guess everyone has such an experience).

Now seriously - I don't believe that it matters what genre you are playing or if there is or isn't any drop... - it more looks like your tracks are shitty encoded or corrupted OR there might be some hw issue with your soundcard. As you are saying that it happens during the drops, it might be somehow related to the output level or whatever.

From the application perspective, it doesn't care what genre you are playing and if the part is quiet or loud - its just reading the stream of 0's and 1's...

What are the BPMs of your DNB tracks?? I wonder if there could somehow be an issue with significantly higher BPMs and how RB handles the beatgridding... I agree that the songs themselves are just 0's and 1's, but perhaps depending on their algorithms, it could be an application issue.

1) So far he is the only one having such issue when playing DnB from the RB

I play D&B. I have no problems with the genre.
