Lost ratings/mem cue and hot cue points from Laptop when ive had to put back to factory settings

Hi

I've searched for ages on here about this. I had to reset laptop and now I've lost all the ratings/cue points. All I can find on here is a good video on how to save them and transfer them onto new laptop.

So main question have I lost them for good?
