rekordbox vs AMD processors

Hi,

Is there any firmware or update expected to make rekordbox compatible with AMD processors??

We are a distributor of Pioneer and this incompatibility is causing us returns, especially with DDJ-RB.

In addition, this important detail must be clearly specified in the rekordbox compatibility section, and is not the case: https://rekordbox.com/es/support/system.php#rekordbox.

The system specifications page clearly states that an Intel processor is required.

Ok thanks. You're right, but could also say: "Not compatible with AMD processors" to avoid possible confusions.

Are there any plans for an update that will fix this issue? I used Serato for years and have been on Rekordbox for a couple now and a couple weeks ago was the first I had experienced this issue.

I've built an amd PC just for rekordbox nothing else not realising it's no good so now need to look at an intelligent machine if I knew I'd gone down another route

hola que tal! quisiera saber si pioneerdj, tiene pensado implementar la compatibilidad de rekorbox con procesador AMD...? gracias espero pronta respuesta ya que tengo un asus amd a10 con 8 gb ram y 1Tb y en ocaciones funciona muy bien pero en otras se traba

Tried rekordbox on desktop with AMD A8 processor 8Gb RAM and works fine
