pioneer rekordbox software specialist
Hi,
I have been using Pioneer DJ equipment for the last 17 years and have been using Rekordbox for the last 4 years and recently found that when there is a problem with the equipment or software... the help and support is the HARDEST thing to get from Pioneer but if you want to purchase something... they'll call you back and help you choose the right product, then take your money and the after-sales-support is non existent!
Pioneer, this is absolutely unacceptable especially when we're the consumer that support your product and brand because we have faith that they're of quality and the support is there when we need them but this isn't the case on the latter!
How does someone get in contact with the specialist of rekordbox if the problem is too complex to explain over email or in a forum which doesn't get any replies to? Is there a real-person (not reception) that us DJ's/Pro DJ customers who buy your equipment speak to for some actual one-on-one phone support?
