DDJ-SZ How to factory reset

First what's the problem and or why do you want to do this?

Hi thanks for responding so fast!.

I m using ddj sz with Traktor and official mapping from Pioneer.

Everything was ok until one night my sz was not responding as before.
What i mean: each time i was pressing hot cues pads should going on the specific cue point of the Track .Instead of going there was going a bit off that point .
Also was not the point arrow of the Jog wheals was freezing and out of focus.
I have try re importing the mapping from Pioneer and also re importing the Firmware 1.20 .
Untill now is ok but the problem comes occasionally and not all the time.
As last hope i want to know how to Reset to factory default.
I think is gonna help.

So whats the combination Pioneer?

I was expecting from Pioneer people to be more responsive
