Hello Cory,
Please install the ASIO driver after logging in as administrator user account in Windows 10.
If you use the standard user account, you cannot install the driver.

Pulling my hair out over this one.
I've tried everything mentioned in the help section, but the driver refuses to load.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and Rekordbox itself numerous times and still nothing.
I'm on a fresh Windows 10 install.
Any thoughts? Anybody?

I am having the same issue, have you resolved the issue..I need help.
First, ensure you have all the latest Windows patches and service packs applied.
Next, follow the instructions in this guide to resolve any possible driver issues. The guide is for the DDJ series, but similar steps apply to the CDJ drivers.
I'm having the same issue.... Windows up to date, Driver installed as admin, can't select the Driver in Rekordbox settings, just keep getting the error!
Note this is for DJM-750 MK2

Keep getting error over and over despite the fact that I have already tried everything that was suggested. Does anybody have a solution to this, because the steps that are being provided are not working. I even went as far as deleting the PIONEER CDJ ASIO entries from the registry and then rebooting and reinstalling the driver, and still the same results.
Same issue here, followed all the steps. reinstalled every single driver connected to this ( with the right procedures etc) still get the same error every single time
cdj xdj driver error with sdj 900 nexus last software update last rekordbox program update the sound comes out of a single channel there is no way to configure the drivers so that it recognizes the cd players reinstall the sound drivers for both the laptop and those of pioneer and there is no way to make them work. I wonder, how difficult is it to solve this problem that everyone is having? I pay my subscription 10 dollars a month to not be able to use a software for which you develop and do not provide any solution, I hope you can answer my query since many of us who are in this forum live from this work...
