Good Morning, i am a New User with Rekordbox.
I use record box 4.3.0 with a DDJ-SX2 and a database with 130,000 music tracks. If I start the program on my Macbook Pro (beginning in 2011, 16 GB Ram & 1 TB SSD), the program takes about 2.5 minutes to display the interface. I can not work so long.
The program reads all the tracks completely before I can get started.
Can I accelerate the start somehow?

Yeah, you could reduce the amount of songs in your collection!
A 2011 MBP is now 6 years old and the CPU is slightly less powerful, however the main culprit would be the size of the database as that affects the loading time, regardless of which DJ software you use.

I have a similar problem.
I just wanted to know if it's normal that to load the library with 40,000 songs takes 3 minutes and 50 seconds.
My configuration is as follows:
Rekordbox 5.2.2
Macbook Pro 13 beginning 2011
Intel Core I5 2.3 Ghz processor
Ram 8GB
SSD 1TB
