DDJ-RZX Video Disappears!

I just bought a DDJ-RZX and got it in the mail on Wed, Mar 15th.  I downloaded all drivers and updated the firmware per instructions.  I loaded my videos, had them analyzed and created some folders.  When I play a few videos for about 30 minutes the video screen shows red and blue colors but the sound is still there. This is displayed on the controller screens (all 3) and on my output monitor.  I checked all my setting and everything seems to be what its supposed to be set at so this makes no sense.  Need help, I need to go live in a few weeks. Lastly, I have a new Alienware 17" Laptop, 16GB RAM, 8 GB NVIDIA Video, 2.8GHZ I-7 Quad Core.
