Urgent help required! Software or cable issue?

Hi Everyone,

Never had any major issues with my XDJ RX until this bank holiday weekend. Its out on a gig again tonight so need to sort this problem this afternoon if possible.

While the decks were connected to RKBX via link cable, RKBX usually said what was playing on what deck and if the deck was no longer playing the icon would go orange. When it is playing the icons were green.

As of a few weeks ago, the decks stopped displaying what song is playing and the icons were constantly stuck on green. Regardless of whether the song was playing or not.

I put it down to an update issue and wasn't too concerned because i could still DJ with them. 

Since then it has had issues recognising the connection. Last night it took about 15 minutes until RKBX detected the XDJRX. After about 20 minutes of playing it kicked the decks out and they went into an emergency loop. Luckily i had my USB with me so the bar didn't go silent.  

It took me a few minutes to find the connection again and then i played on it for the rest of the night, no further issues.

What is going on here???
