Click the [TEMPO RANGE] button next to the master button.
You can change the playback speed by ([6%] / [10%] / [16%] / wide).

ddjs RX tempo sliders
i started using rekord box with my RX and as i was adjusting my tempo sliders i noticed the tempo range was really huge like how do i adjusted it like i have it in serato where there's a 10%increase/decrease in bpm so i can actually beatmatch?

It's not the range that's the problem, it's the increments.
We campaigned about this for ages until finally they fixed the rz and rzx (although the cynic in me says that was only because mojaxx mentioned the issue on his YouTube channel) - however, the issue still remains with the remaining "r" series, with no word on a firmware fix 😩
