If you have changed MULTIPLE files, the "find all missing files using the same location" won't work because rekordbox is now searching for those files in the same move-scope, but each has moved different from the others. It's not like you changed the drive letter or a parent folder, multiple moves have occurred.
My suggestion is to first disable the preference in iTunes for it to manage your files:
Next, manually re-locate the moved / missing files within rekordbox. It will be tedious, but it's probably faster than removing and re-importing / re-analysing / re-hot-cueing all those tracks.
