DDJ-RB set up + Licence Key

Hi,

Having played on vinyl and 1210's since 1995 I took the plunge into the digital world!

This initially started with downloading the free version of Rekordbox to my Macbook (running on Yosemite 10.10.5) and playing around with it on there.

I have just purchased a DDJ-RB and got it home to set up. Obviously with me already having Rekordbox installed on the Mac I skipped the install RB to the laptop part. 

I connected the Controller to the Mac (via USB) and it lit up, I thought great, so far so good!

However thats as far as I have got! I have have played tracks through Rekordbox on the Mac and it is playing through the external amp/speakers, however the controller isn't actually controlling anything! All I can get is the master cue button to give me what sound is being produced from the Mac.

With regards to the licence key, obviously I want to go from the free to the full version. I have uninstalled RB and then reinstalled it but all that did was get my previous library loaded again (as if I had just opened the programme as normal)

Any help in getting the thing to set up properly would be greatly appriciated!
