DDJ SB2 Issue

I just bought my DDJ SB2 and it doesn't connect to the Sorato software. I tried just about everything and am really thinking of returning it. Please Help!

It sounds like you need to activate your licence? Have you googled the issue to watch some youtube videos on how to do this? The Serato websight forums have heaps of info on this...
